Is breakfast included?

Yes, in the Erupcion Hostel & restaurant we provide a great breakfast from 8am to 10:30 am every morning so you can start your day with energy.

Can I get in or out of the Guest House at any time of the day?

You can get in or go out at any time, since we open 24/7, but please consider respecting the silence hours from 11.30pm to 8am on the next day.

What time do I have to check out on my last day?

The check out time is 11H30 am with half an hour flexibility so we can clean the room for your new inmates.

Can I leave my luggage for the day after I’ve checked out?

No problem; we provide an exclusive and secure place for our guests, free of charge.

Do I get Internet access at Hostal Restaurant Erupcion

Yes, we provide free wi-fi access in case you bring your laptop, or otherwise we have computers for the use of the guests, free of charge.

Can I smoke in the Hostel

Erupcion Hostel & Restaurant is a free-smoke place, so you are not able to smoke inside of the rooms. But no worries we have our smoking area located in the balcony of our coffee restaurant with amazing view of the central park

Can I cook my own meal at the Hostel?

Yes! We have a great and fully equipped kitchen so you can cook typical dishes from your place and make your inmates try it.

Do you have lockers and safety boxes?

We provide lockers in each room for free and safety boxes for money and documents. Don’t forget to bring your padlock.

Is there parking?

Is there any curfew?

- Are you kidding? This is Banos!

If my University or School organize a trip to Banos and we are more than 10 persons, could we get a discount?
